will produce as much electricity as we promise over the life of

FLEXIBILITY TO UPGRADE SYSTEM LATER

At the end of the lease or any renewal period, you can
upgrade to a new system with the latest solar technology.
You can also extend your lease, buy the system, or simply
have the solar equipment removed at our cost.

If you sell your home, you can transfer the lease to the new
owners or buy out the lease ahead of time.

We will customize a solar P.V. system to meet your needs. Lease terms vary based
on system size, roof configuration, utility rebates, government/utility incentives and
local utility rates. With approved credit, a down payment of $100 is required on
signing the lease. Your lease payment increases at 3.5% per year for 15 years but we guarantee your lease payment with the new electric bill will be less than what your electric bill would be without solar. You do not pay your first monthly lease payment until the solar system starts to produce electricity. This lease is not available if government and utility rebates and incentives are not available or sufficient to save you money on your current electric bill.
